Every member or participant is required to sign a form.

Thurmont Riding Club is a family oriented club.  The Officers of the club reserve the right to expel any person(s) from a club sponsored event, without refund of any fees, for cruelty to animals, unsportsmanlike conduct, excessive profane language, and/or use of drugs or alcohol.  First offense will result in a verbal warning, second offense will result in a written warning, and the third offense will result in said person(s) being expelled from Thurmont Riding Club.  The offenses will accumulate throughout the show calendar year.

Thurmont Riding Club will not be held responsible for any loss or injury incurred at any club event or on show grounds.  Participation is at your own risk.  Thurmont Riding Club well water has not been tested, use at your own risk.  The rules, regulations, and proper attire of the Thurmont Riding Club will be enforced.
